United Mayday Event - April 27, 2024

Please join the United May Day Committee for a celebration of International Workers Day! 

This year the political and cultural event for International Workers Day 2024 (May1) will take place on Saturday April 27, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Steelworkers Union Hall on 25 Cecil Street, Toronto.  

This is a free event. The theme for this year is Agitate, Resist, Emancipate - Workers leading the path to peace.

The focus of the program will be on the workers' resistance globally. Primarily the horrific massacre of health workers, press personnel and aid workers in Palestine, Congo and Sudan. As a part of the programming committee, I’m pleased to share with you the list of wonderful speakers:
